The required course for sales Associates consists of a 63-hour program of Florida real estate law, real estate principles and practices, and real estate mathematics. Successful completion of this program qualifies you to take the State exam. Tuition for the class is $449 which includes all required materials.

Florida Real Estate Commission rules dictate that all licensees renewing for the first time complete the appropriate post-license course. Sales Associates must complete 45 hours.
